Last fall Governor Snyder signed and enacted the Michigan Paid Medical Leave Law. As employers, we need to clearly understand how this law impacts us, our employees, and how to most efficiently and effectively administer the new law.
Please join us on February 13 as the West Michigan Chapter of ISCEBS welcomes Attorney Sarah Willey from Miller Johnson for a detailed look at the Michigan Paid Medical Leave Law. With the March 29 compliance date approaching quickly, Attorney Willey will discuss what the law requires, how to use existing paid time systems to comply and likely future developments. This will be an interactive session with time for your specific questions!
